"I am the Receptionist Supervisor in a busy A&E Dept. My job can be very stressful. I was experiencing tension in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I knew Claire was a massage therapist and I started seeing her for regular back, neck and shoulder massages. After the second session I could feel the difference it made to my body. I felt more relaxed, the tension had lifted and I had a better sense of wellbeing. It made such a difference to how I coped with my job. I have a family and they know how I look forward to my fortnightly sessions with Claire."

"I enjoy keeping fit and use the gym whenever I can. I also work as a staff nurse in the community (district nurse). With the combination of a stressful job and my after work activities I developed high levels of tension especially in my neck, shoulders, particularly the left side of my upper back. When I need relief I call on Claire. Before meeting Claire my first ever experience of receiving a massage rendered me not to continue with massages. Claire was able to break down the tension in my neck and shoulders allowing me to sleep at night. Towards the end of my 5th session I found the space in my life to focus on deeper emotional issues working towards more balance. I enjoy my sessions and look forward to continuing this as a part of my life. Claire also provides a relaxing and safe atmosphere."
